It is an app that is now paid on a subscription basis and personally, I think you can get equally good results with Voice Dream Scanner.
The developer of Voice OCR came out with it when he was 15 or 16. It had impressive potential and then was ignored until he got out of college. I haven’t kept up as I don’t think it is worth paying for. Clearly some people do. For reading all required information on banking and credit cards, i have found the very best OCR Program to be Voice OCR.
