It seemed to me that the app acted differently after the trial period ended. I think after the trial period ends it begins to learn your preferences, because when I entered the Games tab the 49er game would be the first choice. As I said previously, I have not tried to access the other functions such as playing a past game, etc.

As for advocacy, the ACB and NFB HAVE WORKED WITH THE NFL and reached agreements in the past, but these apps tend to make changes on a year to year basis, and every year it's like starting from scratch. In the past, they had a cheaper option called audio pass, where you could simply listen to the radio feeds, but that stopped a while back. For several years ai used an app called Game Day to access radio feeds, but the NFL has been putting additional pressure on radio stations to stop streaming on their own, and it appears to be having success. The Game Day app is pretty much useless these days.
