What I do with NFL Plus is to tap on the Scores tab, find the game I want to listen to and tap on it. If you want to switch feeds, tap on the Watch tab and you can select your feed there. Keep in mind that you may not hear audio at first, because for some reason the volume is set at zero, but if you raise the volume on your phone you will hear the audio.
