Yeah I can do it when I pay someone but when someone sends me a request, it won’t let me double tap the bank account. Venmo just updated yesterday.

What I'm not certain of is if the app has updated between then and now so that might not help your situation. I'm sorry but as of Monday the payment did go through. What I can't make work is under more there's a button to view all of your friends on Venmo and that button will not work for me with VoiceOver.
