Sieghard, Physically, the SE 2020 and 2022 models are a bit larger than the iPhone 13 Mini. The 13 Mini has a slightly bigger screen dimension due to how its form factor is designed but if physical size is an issue for carrying in a pocket, the 13 Mini is a bit smaller.
