There are several ways to do this, but what I do is to go to the App Library. You can get there by performing a three finger right from the last home page. Now you can flick around all of your installed apps until you find the app you're looking for. You can also perform a three finger up to sort your apps alphabetically or use the search field at the top of the screen.
