Sorry, this definitely is not Siri voice 4. I have been using Siri voice 4 since Apple added her several years ago. This is one of the Android female voices, which I use on my Samsung 8 phone.  Donna    If you haven’t run into it, here is a very short audio file of VoiceOver reading part of an email preview using Siri voice 4.
