Here is the short version, but I would suggest calling Apple Accessibility if you need help with the details. There are only two ways to get music from your computer to your iPhone. 1. iTunes. 2. a third party program. I do not have a third party program to recommend. If using iTunes, there is a fair amount of setup to do first. You have to be logged into your Apple ID in iTunes, and have imported all the music you want into it. You also will want Sync all music checked. Then you will have to plug your phone into the computer and back it up to iTunes, at least that is my recommendation and then sync the phone, but this can run into all kinds of issues if you have contacts and calendars that are syncing or not. It can be rather complex: hence my suggesting you call Apple Accessibility: 877-204-3930
