Hello Fazil, I’m assuming this is your first Apple Watch. In that case, you will need to pair it with your phone, either by lining it up with the camera or entering a code. Open the Books app and search for Apple Watch User Guide. Make sure you get the one for version 9.0. There are detailed instructions on how to set up the watch using VoiceOver.
