Hi Fazil, If your watch has a cell connection, you will need to set that up with your phone carrier. I don’t think it matters whether you do that before or after the watch arrives. If the watch doesn’t offer cell service, you don’t need to contact your carrier because you won’t be setting up a plan for it.
