Hi. It is possible to have up to 2 password services. For instance, I have selected both 1Password and iCloud Keychain in my Password settings. For a brief time when I used Chrome, it showed up in that list as well. I do not think you can add a service to this list, but if you install an app that can remember and create passwords, I believe it will show in the list. I'm not certain but I think there is an options button once you select Passwords from the iPhone Settings.
