If it’s the one I’m thinking of there is a round button on the right hand side. Pushing it in for a couple of seconds will turn it on. I have a couple of those but the one thing I’ve never liked is that it’s difficult to know when it is on. I now use the newer magic keyboards that are rechargeable and have a physical on/off switch.
