hi, Apple purchased Dark Sky years ago. the built-in iOS weather app got a major update with iOS thirteen, in which it ganed much better functionality. it works well. I have another weather app, Weathergods, which works well. it has savare storm threats, andf the neet thing about it is it has the ability for you to hear the weather. the sounds it has have a tutorial to know what they all mean. it works well with VoiceOver, and the developer is extreamly responsive to requests posted on AppleVis  for VoiceOver feedback and suggestions. WeatherOffice is also quire good.
