It comes on your iPhone by default. I have it on my iPhone, and I never had to install it. I did find the following article, which does have a suggestion to reinstall your Weather app from the App Store, so if you can’t find it on your phone at all, you may need to reinstall it from the App Store. I have another weather app, Weathergods, which works well. it has savare storm threats, andf the neet thing about it is it has the ability for you to hear the weather. the sounds it has have a tutorial to know what they all mean. it works well with VoiceOver, and the developer is extreamly responsive to requests posted on AppleVis for VoiceOver feedback and suggestions.
