I am streaming music from Apple Classical over my Sonos system as I write this.  Start the music and pause it. Then bring up the control panel. Then double tap on either phone or bluetooth. I know, you probably aren't using bluetooth but just go through the steps. Flickright until you get to the list of able speakers and your Sonos will be there.
