First of all, if you only have a single Era 300 you are not getting a full spacial audio experience, you would need to have two fo them set up as a stereo pair. As for the classical music app, I don't think Sonos has a native app yet although I think if you make a playlist using the Classic Music app on your iPhone that you can then access this via the regular Apple Music app, but I am not sure if it will also be available via Apple Music from inside the Sonos app. I believe your best option would be to play using the classic music app on your iPhone and send it to your Era 300 via Airplay.
