And were you certain your phone was locked? I have never seen this behaviour unless I put focus on the time and make sure my phone is not set to lock automatically after 30 seconds which is what I normally have it set to. Just now I unlocked my phone and touched the time in the status bar and it said 8:14 AM. Then now it announced 8:15 AM, but that was only maybe 15 seconds later. Now I just heard my phone lock… And now I waited about 2 minutes and there has been no further announcement.
