Hi,   I’m not sure that my phone was locked. Sometimes I don’t lock it at night. But I am sure that I had left voiceover off. I have never seen this behaviour unless I put focus on the time and make sure my phone is not set to lock automatically after 30 seconds which is what I normally have it set to. Just now I unlocked my phone and touched the time in the status bar and it said 8:14 AM. Then now it announced 8:15 AM, but that was only maybe 15 seconds later. For example, my voiceover started announcing the time in the middle of the night, recently, and I wasn’t even using the phone then. In fact, I was asleep and awakened by it. My iPhone started announcing the time every minute, whether I was checking messages, on a call, or anything else. Whatever I was doing would be interrupted every minute by the announcement.
