If I open the Shortcuts app, there are 3 tabs at the bottom, "Shortcuts", "Autonation" and "Gallery" If I put focus on the Shortcuts tab I have a lot of shortcuts there, I can't remember if maybe at one point I added them from the Gallery, so if you don't have anything there just check in the Gallery.
