Use one by Quisineart, it has physical buttons and defaults to 1 when turned off. You should be able to get the hang of it, it has physical buttons and if you get stuck can use Be My Eyes or IRA to read the screen. I enjoy mine though am also following in case there is a better suggestion out there.
