Here is what I would do in that order:
1. Close all apps and restart your phone, e.g. turn it off and back on or ask 
Siri to "Restart my iPhone"
2. Close all apps and then go to Settings > General > Reset and select to Reset 
Network Settings, this will also reboot your phone
3. If that still does not fix the issue, turn your phone off, open the SIM tray 
just a bit (no need to take it out entirely) and put it back, then turn your 
phone back on.

My calls on my SE20 2nd generation keep dropping after about five minutes or
