Hello, I was experiencing the same behavior and after a reset of network settings and the like, it was suggested to me to switch to ESIM with my carrier instead of using a physical sim and this worked to resolve the issue. Since then, I have not had any dropped calls. If the problem still persists after Sieghard's suggestions, then I would recommend that.
