I have been using one of the Cosori Smart air fryers for a couple of years now. They work with Alexa, but also have an app that for the most part works well on my phone. For a while with the app you still had to actually press the start button on the fryer . but honestly I use Alexa the majority of the time or the Alexa app on my phone. The app that actually is used is: Vesync. The model which I had recently went through a recall, but they replaced the unit, so all is good now ..
