The CAS130 is accessible for both low vision and totally blind individuals. it has controls for setting function and temperature and can also be used with the V-Sync app. I use it all the time and am well satisfied with it. A warning, though, do not leave plastic items on top when cooking and make sure it is inches away from anything which might melt.
