Very easy to install it via Settings > General > Software Updates > Beta Updates, definitely a bit more complicated to restore back to iOS 16. Also, keep in mind that you cannot report Beta bugs to Apple Accessibility, you have to use the regular Feedback app to report any beta feedback, if you send an email to Apple Accessibility they will ignore it or reply that you have to provide beta feedback through the feedback app; at least that is how it always used to be. I hadn't installed any major iOS beta updates in a few years also for the same reason, I just have my iPhone and while we have an iPad, I rarely use it, mostly for my sighted wife. This year I did install it and even now the public beta is very stable and runs well, but of course there are a few issues. Some of them are with respect to edit field sin apps like Messages, Whatsapp and so on where sometimes Voiceover can be really weird; actually hard to describe, but it just sometimes doesn't seem to let you edit properly. Another issue I had that especially in the Canadian weather app I use, Weather Office, I would lose Voiceover sppech when I first opened the app and swiped past the top line with all the current conditions. It was like when you muted Voiceover, the gesture sounds were there, but Voiceover was gone and you had to unload Voiceover and reload it to get it back. For some reason in the last couple of days I rarely experience this any more even though there hasn't been a beta update nor has there been one for Weather Office. This shows how some things may simply be resolved server-side especially when it comes to issues with Siri, the App Store and maybe also certain Voiceover issues.

The reason I want to instal Public Beta is that I want to know if a particular Voiceover bug. has been fixed and if not, I would like to report it while the Beta version is available. I am from Slovakia and Since IOS 16 came out last september, Voiceover reads some Slovak words with English accent and English pronunciation which sounds really strange and it is very difficult to read text. I've been reporting the bug to Apple Accessibility and sent them screen recordings, but they haven't fixed it by now. There are Iphone users in Slovakia, but many can't speak English the way so they are able to report the bug. I don't know how many people have reported the bug and if it's just me, that's why Apple accessibility doesn't listen to me and doesn't care. I should mention that before IOS 16 everything was fine with Voiceover. There were a few mispronounced words, but it was not as bad as it is in IOS 16. Please, is it easy to instal IOS 17 Public Beta? Would you please give me step--by-step instructions how to instal it? And if it wouldn't work for me, is it possible to downgrade back to the latest stable version? Thank you.
