If you have multiple phone numbers you double tap 'call' then swipe over and
double tap which phone you wish added.

I'll know next time though. I don't keep many in Favorites, have eight. To

Did it show you the phone number? Maybe you have to double tap on it If you
have only one phone number you should have many option too:
Text message, phone number, video…

Sometime you have to choose which contact info you want to put as
favorite. For example phone, work phone, etc.
