The PC Outlook account is a corporate account with many names that cannot be removed.

Is there a contact editor that will allow me to remove contacts from the contacts list screen? As far as I can determine, the only way to remove a contact in the native iOS is to open the contact and move down to the delete button. That’s pretty time consuming and I hope for a faster way.
