I defer to you Gennie. The last time I updated my faces I used the Watch app on my iPhone mostly because I’d rather work on the larger screen and not do so much with the watch on my wrist. Prior to that, I haven’t messed with faces in months if not years.

Before I settled on these three I had half a dozen or more faces on my watch, and I'd flip between them until I settled on the three above. This is another thing I'd suggest doing, specifically use the Watch app on your phone and browse the faces until you see one that looks interesting based on the number of complications and the information it comes with. You can also pay attention to the description of it's appearance. Once you find one that's interesting, spend a few minutes to set it up and then play with it for a week or so. Try another one the following week and eventually you'll settle on exactly what you're looking for. This is what I did, and I thought it was kind of fun playing around with the different options to see what I liked and I didn't like. I didn't try to do it all at once though.
