This is quite easy. It will be a one item shortcut. There should be a button to create a new shortcut. Then search for actions there will be a call contact or something closely equivalent. Once you have an action in the actions list you swipe up and down to select the specific items that can be adjusted, double tap inonce the appropriate rotor selector and fill out the specific information. Then when you indicate you are finished there should be a button to add to home screen, if you have a sighted person using your phone you can select a image as the icon on your home screen.
