the conversion services are constantly changing. What works one month disappears or is unusable a month or less later. I just search on the words YouTube to MP3 converter in Google and usually find one within the first 10 hits.
I also use online converters for ring tones. When I hear a cool song, I find the YouTube video, copy the URL, convert it into a MP3 file which is downloaded onto my PC. I then use MP3 Direct Cut to edit the file so I have a 30 seconds of audio for the ringtone. Depending on the track, I can use the software to create a fade in or out of the clip. Most of my ringtones are heavy metal tracks so I fade them out at the end. I usually have a fade in when the clip starts in the middle of the track.
