It works well, but I wouldn't say it works "real well" because there are still some issues. The most annoying I find is that when you open your camera and select "Tap to go live", Voiceover speech is switched to the earpiece so it's like when you are on a phone call and at least I have not found a way to get it back to the external speaker. Of course this makes it very difficult to hear Voiceover, if you put your phone too close to your face the proximity sensor kicks in and you can't do any gestures and while I can hear Voiceover if the volume is high, it's almost impossible if you are in a place where there is some background noise. The only work-around for this is to make sure you are using a wired or wireless headset before you do this.
