Hi Malcolm, Lucky you that you got to do it at 1 PM your time. Here on the West Coast in California, I had to get up at 5 AM that day. My experience was similar to yours, it took about a half hour or so, but I'm happy to report that I successfully completed it and I'm expecting delivery of my new iPhone 15 pro on the 22nd. From what I had heard, there were a lot of other people who had similar experiences as well, some experiences such lengthy delays that they are looking at deliveries into October and some as late as November as a result. The joys of dealing with Apple. You think that they could've gotten this part right since this only happens once a year. Sent from my iPhone
