Hello. I ordered through T-mobile. We ordered 2 15 pros last Friday via their iPhone on us program. We both had iPhone 12 pro and pro max to trade in. It went very smoothly and our expected ship date is this Monday, the 22nd.

I received an email saying the order was processing and it said nothing about me having to do anything else and for both orders I received a delivery time frame, for my watch it is October 16-20 (I selected the Trail Loop band) and for my wife it is October 23-277, a week klater and maybe that is so because she selected the Alpine Loop band which I think is maybe the more popular one. Anyways, I am now thinking I may change it to the Ocean band which I have seen when somebody showed me his Apple Watch Ultra on Saturday and that is what he has, it is not what I would want for every-day use, but I read that while you can only order the Apple Watch Ultra with either the Alpine Loop, Trail Loop or Ocean Loop bands, you can use any watch band that fits a 44/45mm Apple Watch so I will most likely get a third-party Milanese Loop metal band for it because that is what I have had ever since I had my first Apple Watch which was a second edition in 2016. I can switch bands for when I go swimming or when my wife and I go to the Philippines in February where I will see how useful the Ultra 2 is for a Voiceover user for scuba diving. On Friday at 1 o’clock P.M here in the UK the Apple Store was supposed to take pre orders for Apple products. You could actually start the order process on Tuesday 12 September and this was supposed to speed up the process on Friday 15Th. Here in the UK the order process was not as smooth as I thought it would be. After several attempts my order for an iPhone 15 Pro Max as an upgrade from my current iPhone 12 Pro Max was complete. At first it was unable to find the order I placed on 12Th then the trade in system was not working. It is complete now but it took a little over half an hour on Friday to complete.
