I use Seeing AI pretty often for its bar code reading and short text
features, but I haven't used that one.
But you are basically addressing the same issue I just posted about.
There is a difference between the description of a face, and the
identification of
that face with a specific person.

of a person and assign a name to that picture after 3 successful photos have

If I understand correctly, and I'm not sure I do, the debate is over whether
Seeing and other similar apps should do facial recognition. I get it that many
people don't want to have their face recognized and I don't think blind
people's right to have faces recognized trumps the public's rights not to have
theirs recognized.
