Janet. If you use cellular, it should be faster then using WIFI. I know this is the case with me. My WIFI IS quite slow, and I know, when I downloaded and installed IOS17, it took maybe 3 or 4 minutes to download the 3 giga byte update using cellular. My WIFI would have taken much longer.
