Are usually leave my iPhone plugged in until the battery is charged between 90 and 100%. I unplug my phone and try to plug it back in and the battery is between 40 and 20%. I am not perfect at this. I have let the battery run down more than I wanted. From all the people I have talked to they have told me that it was not good to leave that iPhone plugged in all the time. I do have a phone that I use as a back up phone. I’ll leave that one plugged in all the time.
