I use the iGrill Mini from Weber that is a leave-in thermometer. The wire connecting the probe to the brains of the unit is close to 4 feet long so is works in ovens, on grills, etc.
This is a single probe. I gather you can buy a set from 2 to 4 probes if you are cooking multiple things at once.
