I had to use the searched tab and do a search for the word all and then I found the complete channel list. The thing that annoys me, the double tap does not work to stop playback. So you either have to close it in the app switcher, or search for the place/pause button to stop it. I love the way it used to be because you could just zip to the channels real quickly if you wanted to similar to changing the dial on a radio.
