That is the frustrating thing about audio description. Just because something is described with one streaming service does not mean that it will be described with another. I myself think this should be changed.
The problem is with the licensing of the audio description. It seems that the audio description is licensed separately than the movie or show itself. So a streaming service might be licensed to show the movie or tv show, but not licensed to include the audio description. I think the audio description and its movie or tv show should come as one package. If you license the movie or tv show, the audio description should automatically be included. The same thing goes for something shown live with audio description, but then offered to watch on demand without audio description. So again, something really needs to be done about audio description and how its distributed.
