Hulu is loosing their servicers to another stream as you will see if you
would do a little research. Hulu is being combined with Disney Plus as

receive the audio description in any stream from the internet until our
laws are changed.

The problem is with the licensing of the audio description. It seems that the
audio description is licensed separately than the movie or show itself. So a
streaming service might be licensed to show the movie or tv show, but not
licensed to include the audio description.
I think the audio description and its movie or tv show should come as one
package. If you license the movie or tv show, the audio description should
automatically be included. The same thing goes for something shown live with
audio description, but then offered to watch on demand without audio
description. So again, something really needs to be done about audio
description and how its distributed.
