Actually, I found an app for Iphones etc that does show the history of weather info gathered by the Netatmo devices. It is called weather status. I find that I like it much more than the Netatmo app.

--If you get the Netatmo weather station and buy the bundle with rain gauge then yes, you can see how much it is raining (mm per hour) and how much it rained in total.
The only thing which is not accessible is the history, e.g. if you want to see how much it rained and you can’t or forget to check just before midnight it will reset to 0 and while I believe the historical information is available in some sort of graph, it is not accessible.
