Richard, I tried all of your good suggestions and so far nothing has worked. Mary, I agree with you completely all of the problems that you describe are exactly what is happening to me. I asked it to download a book a lot of times it will just say waiting, waiting waiting and then sometimes I can go back in and open up the app and the title will appear but when I open it, there is nothing there in the book will not read. I am so frustrated with the way. This app is going and I too. I’m glad that I bought it before it turned into the subscription model. It was way better when Winston ran it. I have reached out to the new people and they don’t even get back to me. I am not sure what to try next.
