You can also change the equalizer by pressing and holding both the volume up and down button at the same time until the change is announced. Be sure to keep the box it came in as well as a copy of your receipt. I too have the Open Run and have had other models throughout the years. I love the bone conduction feature as it leaves my ears open. I'm one of those blindies who loses all sense of direction if my ears are covered up. Anyway... the reason I say to hold onto all your stuff for the headset is that for every single version I've had, I have had to get a replacement roughly a year after purchase. Getting a replacement thankfully is pretty seamless and it's a generous 2 year warranty, but just something to keep in mind. This really is the only gripe I have about the Shokz headsets.
