I will assume that you have restarted your phone and that didn't fix it. Also, if you haven't already, reset network settings. Other than these, it sounds to me as if it might be some kind of hardware problem. If it were mine, I would make an appointment with a genius at the Apple store and let them look at it. Let us know the solution.
