Hello Viki. Quite a lot of help is out ther regarding Face id. Jonathan Mosen did a very good podcast demonstrating the process of setting it up and using it. It would still be found at: www.livingblindfully.com Applevis also has lots of resources including at least one podcast episode and likely much more on the subject. Go to: www.applevis.com and search for face id. There's also my book. I did my best to describe how to hold the iPhone while seting up and using Face ID.
