I agree with you completely Dennis. This is why I feel the way I do about the subscription. This company does not engage with us as a community at all and all they want is money. An alternative to Voice Dream for those who are interested is Dolphin EasyReader, which apparently does offer a subscription at a cheaper rate with decent quality voices and the option to sync with Book Share.
