I don't know these earbuds, but it's possible you're wearing them in the wrong ear, as in my experience each earbud is shaped so that it fits in the right or left ear a particular way round, so if you're wearing the left one in the right ear, and the right one in the left ear then they'll be uncomfortable. This is definitely true for my Bose earbuds. Cheers Alex
