Make sure you've got the "Screen Recognition" feature turned to "Off" within the App Store. If you've got "Screen Recognition" on the rotor, Rotor to it, and if it's "On", swipe down to turn it off. If you've not got it within the Rotor, then ask Siri to open "VoiceOver" settings, and flick down to...
