I know, my son and I have had this discussion a few times over the years. The one time I tried the other way, I found that I was deleting messages on one device, expecting them to still appear on the other.
My laptop is the main device I use for email. Once I download mail to my laptop, it is deleted from the server. Occasionally there is something that I want to have available on my phone, which I will forward to myself. However, I don't really want to deal with all of the email I receive using my phone. I realize this doesn't make sense to a lot of people, but it works for me. However, because my email is set up as a POP3 account, this doesn't seem to work. Thanks for sharing. Nw click the edit button in the top right of the screen. In the toolbar at the bottom there is only one button listed as "New Mailbox. This will put focus on an edit box for the name of the new mailbox. Below the edit box is a button to select the location of the new mailbox.
