Carolyn, I don't know about the card other then having your name in the contacts, but that shouldn't have anything to do with it. Have you ever gone through the settings, phone, caller ID? That is where I find mine. I have always had the caller ID option to turn on or off on any of my phones. I don't know of any iPhone or any phone for that matter that doesn't have caller ID though. I have the caller ID turned on so when I call someone, they will know where the call is coming from. Some people don't answer their phone if they don't know where the call is coming from.
